A First of all, make sure you have enough space for the wall art on your wall! Once you have decided on the exact location and how you would like it positioned, start to carefully peel the sticker off the backing paper. When a relatively large portion is detached, apply it to the wall and then gradually peel away the backing paper as you smooth the sticker down on the wall, until all of the sticker is attached.
Q What sort of surface can I apply the wall art to?
A The best surface is a smooth, painted wall. Minor imperfections or blemishes will not hinder the application of the decorative sticker. They will not stick to rough surfaces such as plain brick walls.
Q Will the wall decorations damage my walls?
A No, they are designed to be removable and re-usable so should cause no damage to any sound painted, wooden or metal surface. However, if you remove them with the intention of re-applying them, you must take great care to avoid tearing the sticker.
Q How do I change my design?
A To rearrange your scene, carefully peel off each sticker and reposition it where you like, smooth out with your hand, sit back and enjoy!
Q Will tactiles be damaged by regular cleaning?
A No they are very robust and regular cleaning should not cause any damage. However we do recommend that you use a non-abrasive cleaning solution and do not use a scouring cloth.
Q Can I remove tactiles once they are applied to my tiles?
A Tactiles are designed to be permanent and therefore once they have been applied they can’t be removed intact.
Q How hard do I need to press on the design before removing the backing film?
A Firm pressure with the back of a finger nail is all that is required, but make sure you have applied pressure across the whole of the design.
Q Can I get a sample of the products?
A We can supply you with a free trial tile and sticker for our Tactiles range but otherwise no, you would have to buy the full product. We do offer a returns service, provided the product is unused and undamaged.
