Shipping & Returns

We can deliver anywhere in the UK for a set charge (see below).

Please note that orders of more than one item may arrive at different times. However you will only be charged one delivery fee. Your order will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post.

Charges for addresses in:

England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland please add £4.50 and allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

All other countries please telephone our customer services department on  + 44 1625 838487or e-mail helen@dressyourhome.co.uk for a quotation.

Returning your  product
Please notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the product. Products should reach us within 28 days with a completed returns form. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)  Once the returned product/s have been checked by our customer care team we will issue you with a full refund less the original delivery charge.

Please note that replacements for exchange of damaged goods will not be despatched until the original item has been received at our warehouse.
