At Dress Your Home, we take pride in supplying high-quality tiles for every project. As many of our products are made in Italy from natural materials or produced in batches, slight variations in shade, tone, texture, and finish (including crazing) can occur. These are normal characteristics and part of what makes each tile unique.

Samples are provided to give a general idea of the tile’s appearance. While we always aim to match these as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee that your order will come from the exact same batch as the sample, so minor differences may be present. Before installation, we strongly recommend checking all tiles for colour, size, and quality. Once tiles have been fixed, they are considered accepted, and we’re unfortunately unable to process claims after this stage.

If we’ve helped calculate quantities based on your measurements, these should be treated as estimates. To avoid delays, we recommend allowing extra tiles for cuts, breakages, and any adjustments to your layout. Please check all items at the time of collection or delivery. If there are any issues such as damages or shortages, let us know within 24 hours so we can resolve them quickly.

Special order items are made specifically for you and must be paid for in full when ordered. For this reason, they cannot usually be cancelled or returned.

For stock items, returns are accepted within 28 days, provided the tiles are in their original condition and match the current batch we hold. A minimum 25% handling and re-stocking fee will apply.
